The reward for anyone with information leading to the arrest and conviction of the person responsible for the murder of Shirley Ramey in her Hope home in April has increased, according to a statement from the Bonner County Sheriff’s Office. The reward, offered by Ramey’s husband Daryl, was originally $5,000 and is now $6,000 with the help of Hope resident Dave Reynolds.
The Sheriff’s Office is accepting tips at 255-COPS (2677). Sgt. Detective Gary Johnston said Tuesday that when it comes to tips involving this case, there has been “nothing of significance yet.”
