Actually, It Is Rocket Science ski and snowboard film to play at Panida

Teton Gravity Research will present its 31st annual ski and snowboard film Actually, It Is Rocket Science at 7 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 26 at the Panida Theater (300 N. First Ave., in downtown Sandpoint).

Featuring elite athletes, breathtaking cinematography and the year’s biggest mountain adventures, Actually, It Is Rocket Science follows some of the world’s best skiers as they put speed, gravity and instinct to the test across epic locations including Alaska, Japan, British Columbia, Jackson Hole and others.

The film turns a mountain into a laboratory and the renowned winter athletes into scientists as they test the limits of speed, precision, creativity and commitment across some of the most consequential terrain on the planet.

Tickets are $25 for adults and $17.50 for under 18.
