If there’s one thing about Sandpoint is that there is no shortage of awesome venues in which to watch live music.
One place that sees a couple of special shows a year is Evans Brothers Coffee House after hours. Featuring a quiet listening room, Evans Brothers is a great spot to sit and listen to the bands play without distraction from bars and traffic.
One upcoming “Living Room Concert” will take place Saturday, May 18, with the Brendan Kelty Trio and Little Wolf both playing.
The Brendan Kelty Trio will perform indie rock and Americana tunes, with Brendan Kelty, Pete Hicks and Travis Sherman.
Little Wolf is the project name for a duo with Josh Hedlund and Justin Landis. Hedlund has long been recognized as one of this area’s most prolific songwriters, and Landis has lent his musical prowess to Sandpoint artists for years.
Doors open at 7 p.m. and the show begins at 7:30 p.m. This is a BYOB event, and there will also be an expert barista present.
Evans Brothers Coffee is located at 524 Church St. in the Granary District. Tickets are available at the door for a suggested donation of $10.
