JAMCO Comedy Series brings troupe of NYC, Boise comedians to Panida

By Reader Staff

The JAMCO Comedy Series has been elevating established and up-and-coming stand-up comedians since 2006, and Saturday, Oct. 24, founder Jamal Harrington will do it all over again with a 7 p.m. show at the Panida Little Theater (300 N. First Ave., in Sandpoint).

Featuring the talents of three firecracker comics, as well as Harrington himself, the night promises to be two hours of pure laughter for just $25 a ticket. Reserve a seat at panida.org.

Harrington has spent the past 14 years on stage, traveling the nation and collaborating with regional talents. His style, which has been described as “in-your-face and peculiar,” has landed him at the Northwest Black Comedy Festival and the Poconos Comedy Festival, in addition to his time spent co-hosting the Notaboutupod podcast.

He will be joined on stage by three fellow comics: New York-based Jocelyne Boyer and Boise-based Reese Samuels and L.J. Sullivan, who will host the night.
