Have you recently lost a loved one? There are resources available to help overcome the bereavement that might be getting in the way of living a complete life.
Bonner General Health Community Hospice is offering a group support session called “Coping With Grief.” The spring session of this support group kicks off Monday, April 2.
Those interested in participating need to complete an application by the March 28 deadline. Contact Lissa at (208) 265-1185 for an application and more information.
“Coping With Grief” will take place from 5-8 p.m. Monday evenings from April 2 through May 21.
The class will help participants work through the loss of a loved one. Topics covered will include acknowledging loss, empowerment through loss and change, stress and coping, understanding pathways to grief and continuing bonds.
